Located in Lesparre-Médoc, the vacation home "Gite Senguinous 1" has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
This 70 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an additional toilet, and can accommodate 9 people.
On-site amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a selection of children's books and toys.
A table tennis table is also available.
A baby cot and a high chair can be provided upon request and subject to availability. This property features a private outdoor area with an open terrace, a covered terrace, and a barbecue.
Guests also enjoy access to a shared outdoor area with a heated pool, a garden, and a playground. The vacation home is a hiking paradise just 5 minutes from the town’s shops and train station, making it an ideal base for both nature lovers and convenience seekers.
The nearest beach is only 20 minutes away, and wine enthusiasts will enjoy the many nearby châteaux waiting to be explored. A parking space is available on the property. Families with children are welcome.
The property can also be rented together with a second gîte on-site to accommodate up to 13 guests in total. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Please note that house cats are allowed to roam the property but remain outdoors, so bringing pets is not allowed. Air conditioning is not available. Sheets and towels are available (for a fee), and you can request a change during your stay (for an additional fee). This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.

Un gite agréable, fonctionnel et tout confort.
Une belle piscine.
Accueil chaleureux réservé par Barbara et Mathieu les propriétaires de ce charmant gîte.
Entre campagne, vignes, châteaux et océan sauvage.
Un très bon séjour en pays médocain.
Je recommande fortement pour des vacances reposantes.

Gite très bien agencé et bien équipé, point fort pour la grande terrasse couverte équipée de jolis mobiliers extérieurs, pétanque, Ping Pong sur un grand terrain bin entretenu. Nous avons passé un super week-end, auprès d’hôtes très sympathiques et arrangeants. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir, sachant qu’une jolie piscine est en finalisation ! Merci à nos super hôtes pour ce moment 😊

Nous avons loué le gîte pour 6 personnes. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances. La location est bien entretenue et équipée. L'accès à la côte se fait facilement. Le calme, la tranquillité, les grands espaces, plages superbes, visite de châteaux et dégustations sont au programme. Ping Pong, trampo...
