Located in Lesparre-Médoc, the vacation home "Gite Senguinous 1" has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
This 70 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an additional toilet, and can accommodate 9 people.
On-site amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a selection of children's books and toys.
A table tennis table is also available.
A baby cot and a high chair can be provided upon request and subject to availability. This property features a private outdoor area with an open terrace, a covered terrace, and a barbecue.
Guests also enjoy access to a shared outdoor area with a heated pool, a garden, and a playground. The vacation home is a hiking paradise just 5 minutes from the town’s shops and train station, making it an ideal base for both nature lovers and convenience seekers.
The nearest beach is only 20 minutes away, and wine enthusiasts will enjoy the many nearby châteaux waiting to be explored. A parking space is available on the property. Families with children are welcome.
The property can also be rented together with a second gîte on-site to accommodate up to 13 guests in total. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Please note that house cats are allowed to roam the property but remain outdoors, so bringing pets is not allowed. Air conditioning is not available. Sheets and towels are available (for a fee), and you can request a change during your stay (for an additional fee). This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.
