Villa Il Fienile, part of the Il Sole Verde agriturismo, is located in Bucine and is perfect for a relaxing getaway.
The 55 m² property features a living room with a sofa bed for one, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests with the option to add a child’s bed.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace for home office, a fan, heating, washing machine, and TV.
A cot and high chair are also available. Enjoy a private outdoor area with a covered terrace and barbecue.
Guests also have access to a shared outdoor space with a pool (open 8:00–20:00), garden, and playground. The property is set between Florence, Siena, and Arezzo, offering peace among 3,500 m² of olive groves, vineyards, and woods.
The villa is just 1 km from the Chianti Classico border.
Rome can be reached in about 1 hour and 10 minutes by train from Arezzo station.
