Not far from the shores of Lake Kvie Sø, you will find this modern vacation home built in 2022 in typical Scandinavian style, which can accommodate up to 12 people.
For relaxation, there is an outdoor hot tub for up to six people.
The vacation home offers the perfect setting for cozy get-togethers, relaxation, or active vacations.
The centerpiece of the house is definitely the large, bright kitchen with a glass facade facing west.
The living room is comfortably furnished with space for everyone.
In the 25 m² separate activity room, there are various leisure activities and games to choose from for fun and games with young and old alike.
The property also features a 150 m² wooden terrace for sunny days and cozy barbecue evenings.
Even in the cooler months, you can relax in the warm water of the large outdoor whirlpool.
The natural property offers a lawn with a soccer goal for little Messis and Ronaldos.
For the little ones, there is also a swing, sandbox, and garden trampoline (use at your own risk).
The house is equipped with solar panels, which significantly reduces the amount of electricity consumed.It is possible to charge an electric car at the house.
There is also air conditioning in the house.
Free access to the water park (Swim & Play) and 1 hour of free bowling per person per day at Sportium in Varde.

Bra hus för 10 personer, sovloftet var lite farligt att gå upp i.

Huset var verkligen utrustat för 12 personer, såsom ytor, sittplatser och porslin mm.
Perfekt med laddstation för elbil.
Saknade parasoll på den soliga uteplatsen. Otäckt med kryp, typ tvestjärtar i rummen och toaletterna.
Skärbrädorna behövdes bytas ut.
Saknade krokar i sovrummen.
Hyllor i duschen.

Geweldig huisje! Ruim, licht en heel schoon. Echt ontzettend fijn! Op loopafstand van het meer. Er is een playstation maar zonder spelletjes. Als de jaccuzi eenmaal aan is dan is er geen controle meer over het gebruik. Hij kan niet meer uit maar draait een eigen cyclus. Wel goed om te weten ivm kosten na afloop.
Maar overall echt super!
