Located in Bucine, the villa La Stalla, part of the farmhouse Il Sole Verde, has everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
The 75 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (throughout the property including the pool area), a dedicated workspace for home office, a fan, heating, a washing machine as well as a TV.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a covered terrace and a barbecue.
The property also has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool, a garden and a playground. The property is located right between Florence, Siena and Arezzo.
Furthermore, the villa offers tranquillity in the middle of extensive meadows with 3500 m of olive groves, vineyards and woods.
The property is 1 km from the Chianti Classico border. Rome is reachable in 1:10 h by train from the train station of Arezzo.
