The studio apartment 'Estudio Massimo 7D' is located in a hillside neighbourhood in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
This studio property consists of one room that includes a living area, a bed and a fully-equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office including a printer, a washing machine in the common area as well as a TV.
A high chair is available upon request and a cot will be provided upon request for a fee.
Access to the property is through the communal living room and terrace. The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes an open terrace and a grill. There is an array of shops, restaurants, terraces, and museums as well as a bus station, within 250 meters of the property. Free parking is available on the street. Pets under 10 kg are allowed for a fee. Air conditioning is not available.
Parties are not permitted.
Youth groups are not permitted.
The vacation home is located in a residential zone; therefore noises/music should be kept to a minimum. Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls. The property has step-free access. There is a CCTV at the entrance and in the common areas. An elevator is available in the building. A laundry service is available upon request. Before entering the property, there is a shared lobby with sofas and coffee.

El tener esa cocina y terraza para poder tomar algo allí.
Las sabanas y toallas estaban demasiado usadas,Teniamos en una cama de matrimonio una almohada para cama de 90 cm y un cojín pequeño.Hacía un calor tremendo ya que no hay aire acondicionado.Gracias que Luz nos dejó un ventilador para poder dormir.
