The 140 m² property features a living room, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, private garden and balcony, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a guest toilet, accommodating 8-10 guests.
You have free WiFi, gas, and electricity.
A high chair, cots, and a garage for bikes are available free of charge on request.
Pets are allowed on request and for an additional fee. The private sauna is available for an extra charge. Highlights include a private entrance to the garden, open terrace, balcony, barbecue, and outdoor furniture.
The garden borders a large open field for communal use. Haus vor Anker consists of two houses, separated by the front door and staircase. The village offers many restaurants and two bakeries.
Schluchsee is 4 km away, and Titisee is 6 km away.
On peak days, a small ski center operates in the village. Three parking spaces are available on the property, and free street parking is nearby.

The property is overall good with perfect cleaniness. The kitchen has everything that is needed. The house is a bit aged (1970s maybe) and renovations are sometimes done without professional help, but everything works and is in good shape. Das Haus ist eigentlich toll und die Vermieterin sehr nett. Aber das Inserat ist verwirrlich, man mietet da ein ganzes Haus. Vorfinden tut man 3 Kellerzimmer mit je 2 Bett (in einem stehen 3 Bett). Daneben ein Saunaraum mit Vorhang getrennt ohne Fenster, da steht auch ein Bett. Oben, man muss durchs...
