The two-story property features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests.
Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning, washing machine, coffee maker, and TV.
Guests have exclusive access to a private outdoor area with pool and open terrace.
The poolside area is furnished for dining and relaxing, with a pool featuring therapeutic saltwater whirlpool and an emotional waterfall, available at any time.
Some spaces on the lower floor are shared with the homeowner and her son.
There is also a complete outdoor kitchen (fridge, wood oven, freezer) and an outdoor shower with a full bathroom accessible to all guests.
The property also offers a laundry area.
A supermarket is just 20 meters away, and the nearest beach is about 5 minutes by car.
The outdoor pools of Varco 23 and Cala Zafiro are a short walk away.
The property provides 4 parking spaces and free street parking.

The house was so comfortable and the host treated us like family. The host will cook delicious meals for a small amount of euros. It was such a pleasure to stay at Villa Casa Vacanza. We can’t wait until our return next year.

Our host Christina called us immediately after our reservation to clarify our time of arrival along with directions (not accurate on the VRBO site). Christina cooked an amazing Italian dinner pool side with music. Comfortable beds, beautiful home and an amazing host! 5 star review.

We had a fantastic time! Kristina was very attentive and was available to help with anything we needed. She prepared us a great breakfast every day and even went out of her way to get us a birthday cake for a friends birthday. We were in town for a wedding at the hotel nearby and this was a great location to stay offsite.
