The bathroom has a bathtub, a shower, a large bay window, and an electric chair.

Access to Angon beach is through the estate, only 300 meters away on foot.
The beach is shaded, and the Nant d’Oy stream offers an ideal setting for swimming and relaxation. On site, you will find a restaurant, entertainment, a bowling alley, and a free shuttle to Annecy all summer, with a stop near the apartment.
Access to the Angon waterfall is possible, with the option to take a guide.
