The holiday home 'Casa Teresa' in Iglesias is located in a guarded country house and boasts a mountain view directly from the premises.
The 180 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people.
On-site amenities include air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine and a TV.
The highlight of the vacation home is its outdoor area with a shared garden, a private covered terrace and an outdoor shower.
Moreover, guests have access to a shared barbecue.
A bus shuttle to Porto Flavia and Santa Barbara caves is available nearby.
The local center with all necessary services can be reached within a few minutes by car.
It takes approx. 10 minutes to drive to the beach of Plagemesu, and 20 minutes to reach the beach of Masua. 2 parking spaces are available on the property.
