Modern and comfortable apartment equipped with every comfort and perfect for 6 guests is located a few steps from the beaches of Foce and the cycle path, 24 km long.
You will find bathing establishments, free and equipped beaches, easily reachable on foot because they are right downstairs! The accommodation has a splendid terrace from which guests can enjoy a beautiful sea view and relax in the open air.
The opportunity not to be missed! The space Apartment of about 90sqm is located on the second floor of a building with a lift (there are several steps to access), all the rooms are very bright, the bedrooms are both double, one is very large, has a beautiful sea view and has direct access to the balcony.
The living room is spacious, like the master bedroom it has a fantastic sea view and access to the terrace, the strong point of the house! The internal space is organized as follows: LIVING ROOM with a relaxation corner, queen sofa bed, dining area, TV and access to the terrace; KITCHEN equipped with hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine with pods and various kitchen utensils; TERRACE with a fabulous sea view, furnished with table, chairs, umbrella and deck chairs; BEDROOM 1 with double bed, desk and wardrobe; BEDROOM 2 equipped with a double bed BATHROOM 1 with shower, sink, bidet and WC.
BATHROOM 2 with bathtub, bidet and WC ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline and hairdryer, a cot for children Guest access The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.
Other things to note At the time of check-in we will need to register the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore we will be asked to show a valid document.
Please note that check-in after the indicated time must be organized directly with the property and require a supplement as follows: * 30 euros after 21.30 and until 00.00 * The tourist tax of 1.50 euro per night per person will be collected in cash, for the first 5 nights, as required by the municipality of Sanremo.
Children under the age of 14 are exempt.

Lo mejor la vista al mar, la ubicación (aunque no es céntrico, es zona tranquila y con servicios cerca: supermercado, restaurantes, etc.) y la excelente atención de Fabio, el anfitrión.

Host molto presente e disponibile in tutte le ns necessità. Da segnalare solo il 2 bagno che si trova all’esterno, comodo forse in estate, ma fuori stagione è freddo poiché non è riscaldato.

We had a nice stay in September and enjoyed the view of the sea from the balkony. Rooms were nicely furnished. Everything was within easy walking distance for us. Supermarket and beach are close, the way to Sanremo and to the recommendable market there is a bit longer but good to walk. If you want to try nicer restaurants you also have to go to Sanremo, nice coffee places are close up.
