Comfortable 40 sqm apartment that can accommodate up to 2 people located on the ground floor of a renovated period building (one step to enter).
The property is located in the Trastevere area and it is possible to park, for a fee, in the street (blue lines) or at the Garage Ponte Sisto, a 5-minute walk away. The Restricted Traffic Area is active from 6:30 to 10 in the morning.
The accommodation consists of a living room with a separate sleeping area from the day one, a kitchenette and a bathroom. The apartment is organized as follows: - LIVING AREA with sofa, counter with 4 stools. - SLEEPING AREA with double bed (160x190), wardrobe. - KITCHEN CORNER with gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, moka. - BATHROOM with bidet, shower, toilet. OTHER SERVICES: A / C, unlimited wifi, heating, iron and ironing board, clothesline, washing machine, hairdryer. Smoke detector. The apartment is located in the center of Trastevere nightlife, the bohemian district of Rome where you can find trattorias and restaurants that maintain the cuisine of the Roman tradition.
There are also cafès and pubs that fill up with young people in the evening, especially around Piazza Callisto and Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere. A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours: - EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00; - EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00; All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

This was a great place for my husband and I for a few days in Trastevere. The location was perfect and there are countless restaurants in the area. We were able to wash clothes while we were there and the check in process was simple and easy!
There was some confusion before our stay as I was contacted to pay the company directly outside of the VRBO app. However, it all worked out fine.
