The 50 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 newly renovated bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.

The nearest beaches are on the Costa Verde: among them Pistis, Porto Palma, Portu Maga, Piscinas.
Altopiano della Giara and Miniere di Montevecchio with its typical sardinian deer are also nice places to visit nearby.
