Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning a washing machine as well as 2 TVs. Your private outdoor area includes an open terrace and a barbecue.

Pets, smoking inside the property and celebrating parties not allowed. Children are not allowed. Silence has to be respected after 11 pm. The property has a step-free access and interior.
