Castillo de Manzano, located in the peaceful Campo of Torrox, boasts a large private pool and spans about 5,000 square meters.
Positioned on a hill 350 meters above sea level, it offers stunning views of the Axarquia mountains, Maroma, and the Mediterranean Sea.
The house includes solar underfloor heating for comfort throughout the year.
The living area boasts a large sofa, digital satellite TV, air conditioning, and a dining table for 8.
The lower floor has a double bedroom with an adjoining shower room, while the upper floor has 2 double bedrooms and a room with 2 single beds Outside, there's a terrace with a charcoal barbecue, an outdoor washbasin, and a solar-heated shower.
The pool area has ample sunbathing space, and the house stays cool inside due to its thick brick walls.
Accessing to the property involves a partly concreted road, with a conventional rental car having sufficient ground clearance.
Arrival is easier during the day, but guidance is provided for those arriving in the dark.
The pool season is generally from 1 April to 31 October.
Late check-in can be arranged until 1am for a supplement.
Electricity costs for houses with air conditioning/heating: Meter reading on arrival and departure.
Excessive use (more than 100 kW per week or 21.5 kW per day for longer stays) will incur an additional payment of 0.39 euros per kW on site..
Expected usage is 70-200 kW/h per week with moderate consumption.

Utsikten, trädgården och poolen var fantastiska
Lite läskig smal väg upp på berget men det var det värt när man såg utsikten. Man bör ha en bil med hög markfrigång och stark motor.
