Villa Giovanna is a historic structure built in the early 1900s and was renovated in 2020.
It is located in Capannori and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones.
The 3-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 9 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine as well as a TV. The highlight of this accommodation is its outdoor area with a pool, a garden, an open terrace and a barbecue. A lake and beautiful villages to visit are just a few minutes away.
Within a radius of a few kilometres, you can reach various points of interest such as: Lucca, Pisa, various towns. 5 parking spaces are available on the property. 2 pets are allowed for an additional fee. Youth groups are not allowed. Please respect the silence hours from 11 pm in order not to disturb the neighborhood. Très belle piscine et hôtes très accueillants.
À côté d une route départementale et donc réveillés vers 7h du matin mais pas très gênant.

The house is in the vicinity of major Tuskan sites like Lucca, Pisa, Firenze. And the Versilia beaches are only a short drive of 40 minutes away. All the rooms have AC, which was very welcome in the July heat. The Pool is quite big, well maintained and dogfriendly. The plot is really very large, gat...

Der Pool ist wunderschön . Es sind ausreichend Sonnenliegen vorhanden. Auch für ein schattiges Plätzchen ist gesorgt.
Das Haus ist neu renoviert und Zimmer und Bäder sinnvoll gestaltet.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Wir konnten den hauseigenen Grill inclusive Holz benutzen .
