Only over 25 years old.* Please note that this is a house in the mountains (usually 400-600 m above the coast) and here the roads are winding and access can also be by dirt tracks. The first floor comprises a spacious living room with a bright glazed terrace, a well equipped open plan kitchen and a bathroom.

Internal stairs lead up to a large secluded roof terrace and two bedrooms with another bathroom located in the pool area.

The living room includes air conditioning and a large flat screen TV.

The kitchen, open on two sides, has a large wooden cupboard behind which is a small storage room with the boiler and fridge. The bedrooms are small and simple.

They are located on the lower level together with a shower room.

From this level there is access to the large salt water swimming pool and the elegant terraces. The swimming pool, with elements by Antoni Gaudi on several terrace levels, is a highlight of this holiday home.

The pool is usually salt water, but can also be treated with chlorine tablets depending on the outside temperature.

Around the pool there is ample space for sun loungers. Casa Mila's 600 m2 of terraces offer numerous nooks and crannies to enjoy your holiday, whether by the pool, at the lower or upper entrance of the house, behind the house by the brick charcoal grill, or at the top of the garden. The pool season is generally from 1 April to 31 October. Late check-in can be arranged until 1am for a supplement. Excessive use (more than 100 kW per week or 21.5 kW per day for longer stays) leads to a cash payment of 0.39 euros per kW on site.

Expected usage is 70-200 kW/h per week with moderate consumption. Pets are allowed for an extra charge per night.

An additional deposit is required if you bring a pet.
