The holiday home "Ktima Dilberaki" in Kefalonia is the ideal accommodation for a quiet- alternative holiday with your loved ones.
The property of 45 sqm consists of a living room with 1 sofa that becomes a double bed- and a single bed, if needed; a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a baby cot- if requested by the guests- and 1 bathroom.
It can therefore comfortably accommodate up to 5 people.
Additional amenities include a dedicated work area for a home office- if requested- air conditioning, TV as well as children's books and toys.
One of the major advantages of this accommodation is the private outdoor area with 3 large balconies overlooking a large lush estate with olive trees, vineyards and organic fruit and vegetable production available daily free of charge to its guests; on site there are hammocks, swings for children and adults, an outdoor shower for convenience and cleanliness as well as a barbecue for tasty getaways.
The nearest restaurant is 300 metres away and the beach is about 600 metres away.
Parking is available on the property and pets are allowed.

Super schönes Ferienhaus, gut ausgestattet, sehr bequeme Betten - insgesamt sehr gemütlich und sehr ruhig Lage und nicht weit zum wunderschönen Strand (mit dem Fahrrad 3 bis 5 Minuten).Nancy und ihr Mann sind sehr nett und hilfsbereite Vermieter, die uns mit dem ein oder anderem aus ihrem Garten versorgt haben. Sehr zu empfehlen
