This cozy, newly renovated penthouse is located in the heart of Puerto de Santiago, one of the most authentic and peaceful coastal towns in the south of the island.

It’s perfect for couples looking to relax, reconnect, and experience Tenerife like locals for the first time. Just a five to ten minute walk away, you’ll find volcanic black sand beaches such as Playa de la Arena and Playa Puerto Santiago, ideal for swimming, sunbathing, or enjoying unforgettable sunsets.

The seafront promenade connects to Los Gigantes, where dramatic cliffs drop into the Atlantic and life moves at a gentle pace.

At the marina, you’ll find plenty of water activities, including dolphin watching, available for an extra fee. Along the way, discover family-run restaurants with fresh fish, cozy bars, and local shops.

There are no crowds here; the sun and sea set the rhythm of daily life, and every sunset over the Atlantic feels painted just for you. Our penthouse, on the top floor of a building with only three apartments, features a sunny afternoon terrace, a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bedroom with air conditioning—ideal for both short getaways and longer stays.
