Villa Soleada is located in a very privileged enclave in the Axarquia region, in the municipality of Torrox.
It has stunning views of the towns of Nerja and Frigiliana.
In the villa there is a private playground consisting of swings, seesaws and a slide perfect for families with children.
The client can enjoy wifi, a portable air conditioning unit, 3 fans, a magnificent private pool with sunbathing area, private parking, large barbecue area and terraces where you can enjoy the tranquility of the place.
It is located approximately 15-20 minutes from the beaches of Torrox and 25-30 minutes from the beaches of Nerja.
The nearest airport is Malaga which is 55 kilometers away.
The area where the villa is located is very quiet, perfect for relaxing and enjoying time with family or friends. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage. An electricity surcharge may be requested by the owner in case of charging electric or hybrid vehicles at the property.
