Located in Grimaud, just steps from the beaches and Port Grimaud, these villas consist of 2 identical twin villas, available for rent exclusively together.
They provide an ideal setting for large families or groups of friends wishing to share a stay while preserving everyone’s privacy.
Nestled in a beautiful landscaped garden with citrus trees and Mediterranean plants, the property combines charm, comfort, and the art of living on the Côte d’Azur. The two identical villas can accommodate up to 16 guests in total, 8 per villa.
Each villa offers on the ground floor a spacious, bright living/dining room opening onto the outdoors, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a guest WC. Upstairs, you’ll find 2 comfortable bedrooms, a large bathroom with WC, and a terrace perfect for relaxing in the sun. An independent apartment adjoining each villa features 2 additional bedrooms, a bathroom with WC, and a kitchen in one of the rooms for complete independence. The property boasts superb outdoor spaces designed for relaxation and gatherings: large pool, pool house, landscaped garden with private areas, pétanque court, children’s play area (trampoline and swings), furnished terraces for meals and socializing, barbecue, and ice maker. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), speaker, air conditioning, smart TV with streaming services, washing machine, dishwasher, ping-pong table, baby cots, beach and pool towels provided, step-free access, pets allowed, and private parking.

Mycket bra
Nice villa but lacking amenities

The property has a lot of potential. Villa is very spacious and the pool is nice. There are a lot of separate spaces for socializing.
Many amenities were not working during our stay and the host and property management company were not responsive. There was a leak in one of the bathrooms that was not addressed during our entire stay. The speakers and pool lights never worked during our entire stay despite multiple attempts to get them working.
