With a view of the lake, the stunning villa Casa Arias in Tremosine sul Garda is perfect for a relaxing holiday.
The 3-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, a dryer as well as a TV.
Your private outdoor area includes a heated pool, a garden, an open terrace, a balcony and an outdoor shower.
The property is located 500 m from the centre of Pieve where you will find a supermarket and restaurants.
Furthermore, Campione del Garda (20 minutes away) offers kitesurfing, windsurfing and sailing.
A mountain biking trail starts directly in front of the villa and you can play golf in Bogliacco (35 minutes away). 2 parking spaces are available in a garage.
Pets are not allowed.
The doors are wide and easy to access.
Small children must be supervised at all times in the pool area since there is no fence and the terrain is very steep.
An elevator is available in the building.
Guests are kindly informed that a heated pool is available at no extra cost, exclusively during the spring and autumn periods, and not during the winter time.

Der Blick, das Haus, die Architektur, der Pool, die Ausstattung und die gesamte Anlage sind wirklich fantastisch! Die Gastgeber waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
Sehr italienisch schmale, steile Hausauffahrt aber kein Problem für gute Autofahrer auch mit großen SUV.

Man kommt richtig zur Ruhe, das Haus, der Pool und die Aussicht sind richtig schön. Gartenanlage ist gut gepflegt.
Die Hausverwaltung ist mit Vorsicht zu genießen, sobald etwas beschädigt ist die Freundlichkeit dahin.
