With a view of the Mediterranean Sea, the villa 149 in Marbella is perfect for a relaxing holiday.
The 750 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms as well as 2 additional toilets and can therefore accommodate 14 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine as well as a dryer.
Furthermore, a private sauna, a table tennis table, a private gym and gym equipment are available on the property. 3 high chairs and 3 baby cots are also available. This spacious villa features a private outdoor area with 3 pools (indoor and infinity), whirlpool, garden, multiple terraces, balconies, barbecue, and outdoor shower.
Guests can also enjoy a shared indoor pool on the premises. There is a supermarket within walking distance and Cabopino beach can be easily reached by car.
The urbanization on the opposite side of the road has a number of great beach restaurants.
Public transport links are within walking distance and there is a tennis court within a 15-minute walk. 6 parking spaces are available on the property. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed.
