This 80 m² property features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an additional toilet, accommodating up to 6 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer, and a TV. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a covered terrace.
You also have access to a shared outdoor area with a pool and an outdoor shower.
Enjoy relaxing sea views while preparing a homemade meal for your loved ones. Ra Meridien hotel is a 5-minute walk away, several supermarkets are a 10-minute walk, the train station is 15 minutes on foot, Pitch and Putt Vendrell golf course is a 15-minute drive, Sitges is 20 minutes away by car or train, and PortAventura is 40 minutes by car or train. Parking is available in a garage and free parking is available on the street. No groups of young people are allowed.
Pets, parties, and smoking are not permitted in the apartment.

There are no steps at the entrance or inside, and an elevator is available in the building; however, it is not fully adapted for people with reduced mobility due to door gaps and the bathroom layout. Guests are required to dispose of their own trash; otherwise, penalties may apply. Breakfast service is available for an extra charge.
