The complex is located in Assenza di Brenzone.
This is a very quiet area, 150 metres from Lake Garda and three minutes from the town centre, where you can find a newsagent's, cash dispenser, supermarket, bus stop, boat stop... furthermore, there are restaurants with typical cuisine with recipes based on fish from the lake, which you absolutely must try, as well as pizzerias and numerous beach bars on the lakeside.
The flat is located in a hilly area in an oasis of peace, out of the way of cars, immersed in the green of centuries-old olive trees.
There is a swimming pool and a covered garage with reserved parking space for each flat.
A holiday in one of our flats is a wonderful opportunity to discover our municipality of Brenzone and Lake Garda.
You can engage in outdoor activities: kitesurfing, windsurfing, sailing and given the proximity of the mountains, trekking and mountain biking along the paths of Monte Baldo.

Located in a strategic area that allows you to reach the mountain paths and always through a path, on foot or by bike, you can reach the village centre where there is a bus and boat stop.

Man hat dort wirklich seine Ruhe , im Pool kann man sich super erfrischen. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und interessante Städte sind schnell erreichbar.
Eine schlechte WLAN Verbindung und Internet Empfang.

Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hat uns bei allen Problemen sofort geholfen.
Die Lage oberhalb des Gardasees ist hervorragend, der Weg zum Seee mit 5 Minuten sehr kurz.
Das einzig kleine Manko ist: Das Appartment ist sehr hellhörig.
Es war ein sehr erholsamer und schöner Urlaub
