Boasting a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony, the villa Balena is located in Sa Ràpita.
The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, heating, a washing machine, a dryer as well as a TV.
In addition, gym equipment is available for your use.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a pool (which can be heated for free), a garden, 2 balconies and an outdoor shower. Free parking is available on the street.
Families with children are welcome.
Pets are not allowed. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans and TV. Beach/pool towels are provided.
An oil-heater is available and there is an extra charge for the oil. The property has bicycle storage and 8 bikes are available. The property has solar panels and drinkable water from one tap. The budgeted electricity consumption charge is considered for an average consumption, consumption exceeding this will be charged separately.
