Son Rullan is a former Templar monastery of the SIXV, located in the tramuntana of Mallorca, in Deia.
It is a building with 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms.
The house maintains its original structure, with large white spaces of plaster and lime.
The rooms are double and maintain the essence of the space with simple decorations of the time.
Its architecture is very peculiar since the 3 floors in which it is distributed are intermingled and are accessible through 3 different staircases.
It has a semi-wild garden with corners in which to relax, and a swimming pool that complements the natural beauty of the exterior of the house.

It is important to emphasize that the Wifi signal works well in the living room, kitchen and office, but in some of the rooms and exteriors the signal is weak.
