The holiday apartment House Two Steps from the Sea in Siniscola is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday. Located in a quiet area, the 52 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine as well as a TV.
The property has access to an outdoor area which includes a private terrace.
The property offers a strategic position to reach the beaches around S'Ena e Sa Chitta. The nearest beach is just 600 m away and there is a supermarket right around the corner. Furthermore, La Caletta, Berchida, the beach Capo Comino and Orosei can all be reached in 10 - 30 minutes by car. San Teodoro is 30 minutes by car and Olbia is 1 hour by car.
Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets are allowed upon request. Wi-Fi is currently not available.
