Casa in Via Seminario is located in the heart of Otranto’s historic center, making it the perfect base to experience the city, just steps from major monuments and the crystal-clear sea.
Spread over two floors, the property features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a half bathroom on the first floor.
Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms and one full bathroom accessible from one of the bedrooms, plus an additional toilet.
Please note that one bedroom serves as a passage to access both bathrooms and the master bedroom.
The apartment accommodates up to 6 guests.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, air conditioning in the bedrooms, and a TV.
The private outdoor area offers an open terrace and a balcony.
