The apartment Casa in Via Seminario is located in the heart of Otranto’s historic center, making it the perfect base to enjoy the city’s beauty.
You’ll be right among the main monuments and just steps from the crystal-clear sea, with both free and equipped beaches within easy walking distance.
Ideal for families and small groups of friends. The property is spread over two floors.
On the first floor, you’ll find a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a half bathroom.
Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms—one with a shower.
The second bathroom has a sink, toilet, bidet, utility sink, and washing machine.
A spacious terrace lets you enjoy city views and hang laundry.
Please note, one bedroom serves as a passage to access both bathrooms and the double bedroom.
The apartment accommodates up to 6 guests.
Additional amenities include wireless internet with router, washing machine, air conditioning in the bedrooms, and TV. The private outdoor area features an open terrace and a balcony.

Renata was easy to communicate with. She met us at the plaza from where we had to walk to the apartment, which was about a 5 min walk.
