Het huis is zo goed als compleet ingericht. Van vuilzakken tot (vaat)wasmiddel. De matrassen waren top. De bank super relaxed. Incl. beddengoed, keukenlinnen en douchehanddoeken. Paar minpuntjes: synthetische dekbedden, verlichting (veel te felle lampen), (nog) geen sfeer in de woonkamer. Het ieniemini tuintje voor de huurders komt op foto groter en mooier over.
