The vacation home Rosalía is located in Icod de los Vinos and boasts a beautiful view of the sea.
The 60 m² property was renovated and thermally insulated on 2023 and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a fan, heating, a washing machine as well as a TV.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available upon request. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with an open terrace and a barbecue. 2 parking spaces are available on the property and free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets are allowed. Air conditioning is not available. Celebrating parties and smoking is not allowed in the vacation home. Icod de los Vinos is a high-altitude village, warm clothing is recommended if you are staying in winter. The property has motorbike and bicycle storage.
