The family-only villa "El Riu del Cel" in Lloret de Mar is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones.
The 400 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet, and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, heating, a washing machine as well as a TV. Your private outdoor area includes a pool, a garden, an open terrace, 4 balconies and a barbecue. The Caprabo Supermarket, the Canyelles Cove and Tossa de Mar are all nearby. A parking space is available on the property and free parking is available on the street. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed for an additional fee. Towels and bed linens can be provided for an additional fee. Parties are not allowed. An airport pick-up can be arranged on Saturdays and Sundays (for an additional fee). There is an additional cleaning fee. Groups of young people are not allowed to check-in.
The property is ideal for families and there will be an agreement to sign with the rules of the property. Guests must respect the property and neighbors, between 22:00 and 09:00 loud noises are not allowed. An extra cleaning fee can be applied if the property is not returned in good condition.
