The holiday flat is located in an apartment building constructed in 2022 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is situated on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also due to its quiet and sunny location. The following are available for shared use: barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Balatonlelle. The holiday apartement is located on a enclosed garden plot with meadow, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Completely new, modern, tastefully furnished apartment. BALLEL243 (4P) is located in the same building with a separate entrance and can also be rented The property is in a holiday area surrounded by bike paths, beaches and sidewalks. The city center can be easily reached on foot in 10 minutes. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property.

In summer: Lake Balaton 50 m in Balatonlelle (beach 200 m in Balatonlelle Csöpi köz with lawn). The holiday home is 50 m from Lake Balaton. At the end of the street there is a bathing spot; you can enter the water from the jetty. Swimming is not possible there, however. The nearest grass beach is the small beach in Csöpi. There is also a toilet and a snack bar. The large city beach - Napfény Beach - is 1000 m from the apartment.
