This 140 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (the double bed in one bedroom can be separated into two singles on request), and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 5 guests.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning in the living room and main bedroom, and cable TV. A cot and high chair are available on request. Enjoy the private outdoor area with pool, covered terrace, and barbecue, perfect for relaxing with sea views while preparing meals for family or friends.
The house is a 5-minute drive from supermarkets, a pharmacy, and several restaurants, and 20 minutes from Gran Tarajal beach. The property follows recycling rules; further information is provided on site.
Laundry service and bike rental are available for an extra fee. There are 2 parking spaces on the property.
Pets up to 15 kg are allowed for an extra fee. Parties are not permitted.
The property has no steps at the entrance or inside.
Security cameras and/or audio recording devices are present on the premises. IMPORTANT RULES: - Parties, celebrations, or any kind of event are strictly prohibited.
Violation may result in immediate cancellation and additional charges. - Pets: Allowed with prior approval.

Ein fantastisches Haus in ruhiger Lage mit einer tollen Ausstattung und einer unkomplizierten und sehr freundlichen Vermietung. Die Villa ist ein Traum!
Der Pool ist leider unbeheizt und im Winter kaum zu nutzen. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau!!

Por poner una pega, se echa en falta TV por cable y programación española.
