Located in a quiet area in Soustons, the holiday home Maison Soustons has everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
This 63 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with an open terrace and a barbecue.
The property gives access to a shared outdoor area which includes a garden.
A bicycle track is reachable nearby, as well as the dinausor park. A tennis court is just a short 5-minute walk away and a skatepark can be found in town. There are 5 lakes in Soustons.
The bus stop is just 50m from the house and during the summer months, there are free shuttles to the nearby beaches.
Free parking is available on the street.
Pets are not allowed.
Wi-Fi is available upon request but the reception is not always good throughout the house.
The property has a step-free interior.
