The holiday apartment "with stunning views" in Tremosine offers everything you need for a comfortable stay with mountain views.
The 62 m² property features a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating up to four guests.
Amenities include a coffee maker and satellite TV. The kitchen is newly renovated and equipped with a ceramic electric hob and oven.
Nearby, you'll find a bike rental and several local restaurants.
A tennis court is about 200 meters from the apartment.
The private balcony is perfect for relaxing in the evening.
A parking card is provided for your car, allowing you to use the fenced parking area; street parking should be avoided.
Families with children are welcome.
Pets are not allowed.
Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are currently not available.
Please separate your waste: Compostable waste (umido) goes in the paper bag and then into the brown bin, which is emptied into the black container.
Plastic waste goes in the yellow bags, residual waste in a bag in the green bin, glass and metal cans in the blue bin, and paper in the white bin with a blue opening.
There is a dedicated waste disposal area with containers for the apartments, located below the parking area on the south side.
The tourist tax applies to guests over 14 years old and will be requested in advance.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Die Ferienwohnung war super – sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Der Ausblick war einfach traumhaft – man konnte stundenlang schauen und die Ruhe genießen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und die Terrasse bzw der Ausblick ist wirklich Weltklasse.
Rundum war alles benötigte in der Wohnung vorhanden und der Check In lief problemlos.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist eher abgelegen auf einem Berg und für alle Erledigungen wird ein Auto benötigt, aber das ist ein Preis den man für diesen grandiosen Ausblick gerne bezahlt!
