The two-story property features a living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, and one bathroom, accommodating up to six guests. Enjoy your own private outdoor area with a garden, barbecue, playground, and outdoor shower.
You’ll also have access to a shared space with a fenced pool and covered terrace—ideal for unwinding outdoors. Your hosts recommend exploring the beautiful local hiking trails.
The property is 25 km from Lake Bilancino, and Florence is about an hour’s drive away.
On request, yoga classes and massages can be arranged.
On site, you can enjoy activities such as billiards, horse riding, and tennis.
The farm also produces olive oil and fresh seasonal chestnuts. There are five parking spaces on the property.
One pet is allowed for an extra fee.
Air conditioning is not available.
The property provides guidelines to help you separate waste correctly.

Het verblijf heeft een schitterende uitkijk op de heuvels. Het is er zeer rustig.
De accomodatie is ruim, eenvoudig ingericht.
Enkel het keukengerei zou wat uitgebreider mogen zijn, bv een microgolf.
