A charming duplex, in a picture-perfect chalet, full of Savoyard charm, in a quiet, verdant setting.
This chalet would make the ideal holiday destination at any time of year. The conversion, in a traditional chalet, can sleep 8 guests in comfort.
The main living area, on the ground floor, is cosy with wooden, beamed ceilings, a wood-burning stove and warm furnishings.
There are 2 sofas with a coffee table next to the stove.
Across the spacious room is a dining area for 8 people.
Double French windows, next to the dining table, lead directly into the sunny garden.
Here guests can relax on the wooden decking and enjoy a cup of coffee or aperitif al fresco. The open-plan kitchen, next to the dining area, is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and drip coffee machine. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The master bedroom, on the ground floor, with a double bed, wardrobe and en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2: Another cosy bedroom on the lower ground floor, with a double bed, armchair and wardrobe, plus an en suite bathroom. Bedroom 3: A peaceful bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe. Bedroom 4: Ideal for children, this bedroom has 2 single beds. Bathrooms Bathroom 1: En suite to the master bedroom, this shower room has a neat, tiled shower cabinet, basin and WC. Bathroom 2: En suite to bedroom number 2, with classic white tiling, this bathroom has a shower and washbasin and WC. Bathroom 3: This independent bathroom has a full bath with shower attachment, basin and WC. Les Chosalets (5 minutes walk) is ideal for beginners, children and visitors learning to snowboard. Some of the higher slopes offer skiing later in the season, sometimes right up to early May. All the facilities of the Mont Blanc valley are on your doorstep.
During the summer months, there are stunning mountain trails for hiking or mountain biking, white water rafting, golf, rock climbing, paragliding and horse riding.
There are free train services from Argentière station (13 minute walk), so visitors can explore the whole Mont Blanc valley on the Mont Blanc Express. Geneva airport is a 1 hour 20 minute drive from the apartment. Due to the unique topography, location, and weather conditions in the Mont Blanc Valley, internet connectivity may be unreliable.
