Holiday home 'Grillons' with pool and terrace, walking distance to the center.
The comfortable and spacious detached house 'Grillons' is quietly yet centrally located in Saint-Tropez.
Furnished in a cozy Provençal style, it is an ideal destination for your holiday.
The two-story accommodation features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a guest WC, offering space for up to six guests.
Amenities include fiber optic internet, air conditioning in all bedrooms, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. A baby cot is also available. Your private outdoor area includes a covered terrace with seating and loungers.
You also have access to a shared outdoor area with a pool (well-maintained residential complex with two other houses) and sun loungers. The marketplace “Place des Lices” and the old town are just a five-minute walk away.
The famous harbor, local fish market, and the “Les Graniers” beaches are also within walking distance.
The renowned Pampelonne beaches can be reached by car in five minutes. A parking space (for one car) is available on the property.
There is no parking available on the street. Pets are allowed on request and are available for an extra cleaning fee. Note: - Quiet hours: 22:00 – 07:00 - No parties or events - Smoking inside is not permitted - Please be considerate of the neighbors - The parking space and sun loungers will be shown to you

The house is 10 minutes from the center and slightly uphill but very comfortable and correct. Good beds and good aircos. You can park your car on prvate space. Good internet and wifi and certainly very well equipped. The pool is nice and quiet.
