Situated in Callao Salvaje, the holiday home Aguaviva Perfect Holiday is just a short walk from the beach.
The 50 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available on request.
The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool, a garden, a children's pool and an outdoor shower.

Lovely apartment in a great location.

The apartment was fully equipped with everything you would need including pool towels and a washing machine if you wanted to do your washing before returning home.
No fault of the host, but the shared pool did get very busy at times, with teenagers who insisted on bombing into the pool with no consideration of others sitting around the outside of the pool.

Die Lage ist gut, der Lokale Strand auch. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der Pool ist auch gut. Leider ist die Wohnung für 5 Personen viel zu klein. Sollte maximal für 3 vermietet werden. Außerdem hat sie keinen Ausblick, so dass man sich eher in eine Kellerwohnung fühlt. Wenn man...

Very little to say to be honest, the only thing we are used to is some private outside space (terrace or balcony) but this didn't spoil our lovely holiday. There is a little garden area in front of the apartment you could sit out at if needed.
