The 110 m² property, which also features a private covered terrace, consists of a large living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. In addition there are two separate areas: one with a double bedroom and a bathroom, the other with two double bedrooms, a laundry room and a bathroom. The apartment can therefore accommodate up to 8 people.
Additional amenities include air conditioning in all rooms, a washing machine, two smart TVs, and a baby crib.
The apartment is located in the center of town, a 5-minute walk from the main square of Villasimius.
