Located in Torrox-Costa, the holiday apartment "Terraza sobre el Mar" offers guests a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea.
The 60 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Please note that the bunk bed is located in a passageway between the living room and the master bedroom.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, air conditioning in the master bedroom, heating as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The holiday apartment offers a private covered terrace.
Additionally, guests have access to a shared outdoor area with a pool, a children's pool, an outdoor shower and a tennis court. Public transport links are located within walking distance. Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Please avoid unnecessary noise between 12 am and 8 am. The property has step-free access and interior, an elevator is available in the building. There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices on the premises. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
