In Santa Maria del Focallo, the villa Sonia offers an excellent view of the sea.
The 90 m² property consists of a living room with 2 sofa beds (one for one person and one for 2 people), a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, heating, a washing machine as well as a TV.
A baby cot is also available. The property lends itself to be lived especially outdoors, in fact there are verandas (open and covered) and all the necessary amenities to enjoy your stay to the fullest.
Furthermore, there are a private pool (open from May until October 10), a garden, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. 2 parking spaces are available on the property. Families with children are welcome. Pets are allowed. The property has a step-free interior and step-free access. The doors are wide and easy to access. Smoking is allowed (inside the building).
