The holiday home Villa Lumière Ychoux is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway.
The 165 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 independent bedrooms (one with an en suite bathroom) and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), heating, a washing machine, a dryer as well as a TV.
In addition, a table tennis table is available for your use. Your private outdoor area includes a pool, a large garden (1600m²), an open terrace, a 30m² covered terrace which is equipped with a table, a swing and a barbecue.
For safety reasons, please note that the pool is deep (1.50m). 5 parking spaces are available on the property and free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available. he property has a step-free interior and step-free access.
