The villa Santos Villa Piscine Proche Plage is located in Moliets-et-Maa and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway.
The 180 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as 2 additional toilets and can therefore accommodate 10 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dryer as well as a TV.
The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a heated pool, a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace and a barbecue. 4 parking spaces are available on the property and free parking is available on the street.
Pets are allowed upon request.
Air conditioning is not available.
Cleaning is not included in the price, it is optional.
The guest must return the property clean or an extra cleaning fee will be applied.( 200 euros).
Bed linen and towels (all included) are available for 20 euros per stay.
