Private: well-kept terraced garden (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool fenced (4 x 8 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, patio, terrace, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Grocery 50 m, supermarket 11 km, restaurant 50 m, bar, bicycle rental 12 km, bus stop "Castel San Gimignano" 50 m, railway station "Colle di Val d'Elsa" 11 km, sandy beach "Cecina Mare" 63 km, indoor swimming pool 11 km.
