The holiday apartment 'Tenuta Podere Montemelino' is a part of an amazing Tuscan farmhouse overlooking the mountains.
The impressive 250 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dedicated workspace for home office, a fan, a dishwasher and a smart TV with streaming services.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The highlight of the apartment is the shared outdoor area.
There is a large pool, a garden, an open terrace with panoramic views and a barbecue.
The swimming pool will be closed at the end of September. Overlooking the Chiana Valley, Podere Montemelino in Sarteano is set in a typical country house surrounded by a 6-hectare park with olive groves.
Podere Montemelino is 49 km from Arezzo and Saturnia, and 55 km from Perugia San Francesco d'Assisi Airport. 4 parking spaces are available on the property. Families with children are welcome. Pets are allowed upon request. Air conditioning is not available. Motorbike and bicycle storage is available. There are some steps to access the property, as it is located on the 1st floor.

A comfortable and relaxing stay in a beautiful location. The view from the property and outdoor facilities were perhaps undersold on the advertisement (note to host: take photos of the view, fire pit, bbq area, seating areas, etc..!) - we assumed some of these would be here and were pleasantly surpr...

Wir waren mit 4 Kindern da und die hatten ihren Spaß im Pool.
Obstschale zur Begrüßung und Wasser im Kühlschrank.
Genügend Handtücher für drinnen.
Der Pool ist einfach toll. Der Salzgehalt ist nicht zu hoch und ist perfekt.
Die Liegen sind schön und der gepflasterte Bereich um den Pool super....perf...
Die Gegend ist ruhig bis auf das tgl. Hundegebell von entfernten Nachbarn, das herunter schallte, aber was soll der Eigentümer da machen ?
Kaffeemaschine zu benutzen war eine kl. Herausforderung.
Grundstück müsste noch aufgeräumt werden ,wenn Kinder dort frei spielen sollen ist das nicht empfehlensw...
