Amenities include air conditioning in the open-plan living room and kitchen, ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a TV. The private outdoor area offers a pool available year-round, a garden, a covered terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.
Electricity is generated using solar power. Late check-out is available on request for an extra fee. There is one parking space on the property.

There are no steps, allowing easy access. Events, parties and unregistered guests are not allowed.
