The house is part of 2 independent houses separated by a porch, on a 2.5ha estate with olive trees and carob trees. The 60 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 4 people.
The decoration is in a rustic style and has furniture and antiques for sale.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a smart TV with streaming services.
Both a crib and a high chair can be provided upon request. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a pool (available between May 1st and November 15th), a garden and a barbecue. The location is 10 minutes both from the coves of the fishing village of L'Ametlla de Mar and the village of El Perelló, which allows you to enjoy the sea and the mountains. The villa Casa en Olivera a 3 km de la costa is located in El Perelló and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. A parking space is available on the property. Pets are allowed and there are 3 cats in the villa. Air conditioning is not available. The owner cannot guarantee to have the pool open in April.

The location in the middle of olive trees, nature and quietness. The friendliness of the host.
It was pretty hot to sleep during the night, no conditioner and the fans were not helping much.

La tranquilidad y la calma del entorno. La casa tenía rincones muy bonitos con hamacas, tumbonas...
A pesar de tener ventiladores me hubiera gustado más tener aire acondicionado. Para mí gusto le faltaría un microondas.
