The 48 m² apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and thus offers space for 4 people.
The equipment also includes high-speed WLAN with a workstation for home office, a washing machine, heating with controlled room ventilation, 2 smart TVs, as well as children's books and board games.
A baby crib and a high chair are also available.
The apartment also has a private covered terrace where you can relax in the evenings.

Die Wohnung hat eine Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer, welche das Schlafzimmer mit gekühlt hat. Das war sehr vorteilhaft. Wir hatten dadurch eine sehr angenehme Raumtemperatur. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin hat sehr gut funktioniert. Die Gastgeberin war persönlich vor Ort und hat uns alles Wichtige zur Wohnung erklärt.
Die Wohnung liegt an einer sehr befahrenen Straße.

Es war alles perfekt - wie wir es erhofft hatten.
Dass die Beschreibung (Distanzen zu Bäcker, Shop, Bushaltestelle und Bahnhof) alles gestimmt hat.
Man hat kaum etwas von den Nachbarn gehört.
