The holiday apartment Ermi Casa da Claudia is located in Livigno and boasts direct access to the ski slopes.
This apartment is the perfect accommodation for mountain lovers and athletes.
The 60 m² property consists of 3 bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 persons.
There is a sofa bed in the living room which can accommodate 1 or 2 extra children maximum.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi as well as satellite TV offering streaming services.
A baby cot and a high chair are provided upon request (when available).
Upon request, a shared coin-operated washing machine in available in the laundry room.
The apartment features a private outdoor area including two balconies where you can chill out in the evening and admire the fantastic mountain views.
The apartment is located in Trepalle, at an altitude of 2100m, in a quiet area immersed in nature, outside the town center but very well served.
Shops, restaurants, pizzeria can be found nearby.
It is also very close to one of the major ski lifts.
Livigno is a short 8km away. 2 parking spaces are available on the property.
Pets are allowed.
Air conditioning is currently not available.
Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls.
Ski storage is available.
Upon request, motorcycles can be parked in a garage.

Host was so friendly and helpful.
A really lovely apartment, just perfect.
Shop, restaurant, cafe and fuel right on your doorstep and in truly stunning location.
Just a pity we couldn’t stay longer on our journey through.
Would recommend and hope to visit again.
